1. Introduction

4. Age Verification

p77777 employs age and identity verification procedures at the point of registration and prior to processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

1. A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a National Identity Card (CNIC/NICOP), passport, or driving licence.
2. Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three months.
3. Proof of payment method ownership, where required to confirm that deposit instruments are held in your name.

Where p77777 is unable to verify a Player's age or identity through the documents provided, or where there is reasonable suspicion that a Player is under 21 years of age, p77777 reserves the right to suspend the Account, withhold any winnings, and report the matter to relevant regulatory authorities. Any deposits made by a verified underage player will be returned, and all winnings generated during the unverified period shall be forfeited.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

p77777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified in the applicable transaction terms.

1. Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment instrument held in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are strictly prohibited. p77777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit it believes originates from an instrument not belonging to the Account holder.
2. Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by p77777 and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction initiation within your Account dashboard.
3. Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. p77777 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed for each payment method. 4. Withdrawal Restrictions: p77777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or verification that all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
5. Currency: All transactions are processed in PKR. Where USDT is used, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply. p77777 does not charge currency conversion fees, but third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.
6. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting p77777 support constitutes a breach of these Terms. p77777 reserves the right to suspend your Account and pursue recovery of any funds subject to an unjustified chargeback.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Account holders only. A Player may only claim each bonus offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. p77777 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your Account.

4. Detection of any such activity will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Modification and Cancellation: p77777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that no bonus already legitimately credited to a Player's Account will be removed without cause.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the p77777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports betting market. General betting rules applicable across the Platform include the following:

1. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the p77777 system, it may not be cancelled or modified by the Player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirmation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p77777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

1. Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or under the name of any third party.
2. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
4. Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided and may be recovered from your Account balance.
5. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes.
6. Using the Platform for any money laundering activity. p77777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
7. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
8. Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

1. p77777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.
2. p77777 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if p77777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. p77777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
4. p77777 shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, payment processor delays, or force majeure events.

11. Responsible Gaming

p77777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its Platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If you find that gambling is negatively affecting your financial situation, relationships, mental health, or work performance, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your Account, which include:

12. Account Suspension and Termination

p77777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

1. The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
2. The Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
3. The Account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
4. Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to p77777, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
5. The Account holder has initiated an unjustified chargeback against p77777.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, p77777 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in that Account pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms (for example, at the Player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting p77777 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules, and the resulting balance will be returned to the Player.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of the international gaming licence under which p77777 operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and p77777, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. p77777 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five business days and to resolve them within thirty days where possible.

14. Amendments to These Terms

If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
